1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

2. After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • However, you may still request a return or exchange under our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Store Rights

  • Firstlikes reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:

    • Unavailable stock

    • Payment failure or fraudulent activity

    • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
