1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

FirstLikes reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. No Refund Policy

FirstLikes follows a Strict No Refund Policy.

This means:

  • ❌ No cash refund

  • ❌ No bank refund

  • ❌ No payment gateway refund

Only Store Credit is provided for approved returns.

3. Store Credit

If your return request is approved:

  • You will receive Store Credit equal to the product value minus a ₹100 shipping charge.

  • Store credit can be used on your next purchase.

  • Store credit cannot be transferred or converted into cash.

4. Shipping Charges

  • A ₹100 return shipping charge will be deducted before processing any return.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during Sale/Offer periods

  • Accessories

  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at firstlikes06@gmail.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Clear photos of the product

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Upon approval, return instructions will be sent.

  4. Store credit will be issued after the returned product is received and verified.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

8. Changes to This Policy

FirstLikes may update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
