At Firstlikes, we value your satisfaction and want you to love every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, our Refund & Return Policy makes the process simple.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, alteration, or improper care will not be eligible.

  • Certain items such as sale/discounted products, innerwear, and accessories may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval/rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or product defects only.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

  • Innerwear, lingerie, or personal-use products

  • Customized/personalized items
